Tourist Package

 

  • If you wish to book a tour package listed on our site, select it in the request form.
  • Packages can be tailored by adding or reducing visits and days.
  • Share your preferences and special requests in the “free speech” field of the tour package form.

Confirmation Response

 

  • Our team will confirm the details and will be available to answer any further questions.
  • You can also request a personalized itinerary based on your specific needs.

Sending the Quote

 

  • You will receive a detailed quote tailored to your travel program and specific requests.
  • The cancellation policy will be confirmed as part of the quote.
  • You can review the proposed plan and make changes if needed.

Payment

 

  • Once your travel details are confirmed, we will send you an invoice.
  • Payments can be made via international transfer to Sampath Bank or by credit card.
  • For group bookings, you can choose different payment methods for each participant or opt for installment payments.

Reservation

 

  • Your reservation will be fully confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • If your selected hotel is unavailable, we will provide alternative options, with clear communication about any price differences.
  • A summary form with the complete trip itinerary will be sent once the reservation is finalized.

Before Departure

 

  • Prior to your departure, you will receive a detailed travel guide with practical advice and important precautions.
  • Information about responsible driving, the booked car, and emergency contact details will be provided.
  • Upon request, we can supply a guide map of the airport.
  • Arrival card details will be sent if applicable.
  • The final program will be shared approximately one week before your departure.
  • We ask that you provide emergency contact information for someone other than the travelers.
